Be sure to participate in the 2010 fall product sale! See below for details.

FIRST... "MAKE IT COUNT" during the fall product sale!
 
What does your troop have to do?

  • Participate in the fall product sale, and
  • Increase the number of items the troop sells by 5% over 2009 (new troops or troops who did not participate in the 2009 sale MUST meet the per troop average of 131 items to earn the bonus)

What will my troop earn?

Troops who achieve the 5% increase earn an additional $.05 per nut/candy item in troop proceeds! (proceeds for vouchers remain at $2.00)

THEN... "STARTING TODAY" participate in the cookie sale!
 

What does your troop have to do?

  • Earn the fall product bonus above
  • Participate in the 2011 cookie sale, and
  • Increase the number of packages the troop sells by 5% over 2010 (new troops or troops who did not participate in the 2010 cookie sale MUST meet the per troop average of 1321 packages to earn the bonus)

What will my troop earn?

Troops who meet the above criteria will earn an additional $.02 per package in troop proceeds!

2010 End of Year Troop Leader/Daughter Camp Out.

 

The girls had a great time making memory boxes and creaking. We found a great creak with a swimming hole the girls had a great time in. We also had a camp fire and roasted marshmallows.

2010-11 Hamilton Trails Service Unit

Event Calendar

October 16th 7-9pm Halloween Dance Party - Optimist Club (Joyce Park)$5 per person refreshments served. Prizes for cutest, scariest, and most original.  Registered girls and adults only. 

December 12th 1-4pm Cyber Bowl-a-Thon@ Northwest Lanes 640 Williams Ave off of Pleasant Ave, Fairfield $10 per person prepay(by Nov.21st). $12 day of event3hrs unlimited bowling, Shoe rental included. Free soft drinks, 1st 100 “Scouts” through door receives a fun Patch. Open to siblings, adults, bring a friend. Bowling Alley will be “dark” with music, neon pins, and disco lights. Event profits benefit Family Partnership Fund and Hamilton Trails Service Unit

January 11th 6-8:30 Skating Party@ Skatin on Main.  Main Street Hamilton.  $5 per person Skate Rental included, 1st 100 “Scouts” in door receives a Fun Patch along with a free small Soft Drink.  Siblings, Adults welcome. Feel free to bring a Friend.  Profits benefit Family Partnership Fund and Hamilton Service Unit.

February 22nd 6-8pm Thinking Day  Zion Lutheran Church 212 S. Front Street $2 per girl. Patch will be provided.  RSVP to Julie 737-9897 by Feb 1st with counts. Drinks will be provided by Service Unit.  Troops can provide an info board, Swaps and sample food if desired. Please choose country ASAP. One troop per country.

April 30th 9am-1pm Yard Sale Lindenwald United Methodist Church Pleasant Ave Fairfield.  Bring your own tables set up in parking lot. Great way to sell extra cookies! I will run ad and put up signs.
